Scope and contact
This notice covers the AccordPoint Systems marketing website and its visitor guide. It does not describe the handling of customer records in a contracted HelmBridge deployment. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to sean@accordpointsystems.com.
Website visits and inquiries
Hosting providers process connection and operational information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. If you email Sean, your email address, message and any details you choose to include are processed to respond and discuss your inquiry. Email links open your email application; the website does not send an email automatically.
Ask AccordPoint AI chat
When AI chat is enabled and you start it, your question, the current website page path and up to six recent messages are sent through the website server and our n8n automation service to Anthropic to generate an answer. Approved public product information is included. Ask AccordPoint cannot access HelmBridge customer records or perform work in the application. AI answers can be mistaken; contact Sean to confirm product capabilities, pricing or commitments.
Please do not enter customer records, payment details, passwords or other personal or confidential information. When AI conversation is unavailable, the topic-based guide can show reviewed answers without sending your question to Anthropic.
Chat history and request limits
The website keeps conversation history in the current tab’s memory. Clear chat or a page reload removes that local history, but does not retract information already sent to a provider. The chatbot workflow is configured not to save message transcripts or execution data in n8n. Request limits use a daily rotating hash derived from connection information; raw connection information is not sent to the chatbot workflow for those counters.
Providers, storage and retention
Website hosting, email, automation and AI service providers process information needed to supply their services. Anthropic processes submitted messages under the terms and retention rules applicable to our account. We do not promise zero provider retention or a fixed deletion period for all provider logs. Inquiries are kept as needed to handle the conversation, related business records and applicable obligations. Contact Sean to ask about information you submitted or request deletion; available action depends on the information, provider controls and applicable requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not add advertising trackers or store chat history in cookies or persistent browser storage. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or other technical mechanisms to provide access and security. Your browser lets you manage cookies and site data.
Your choices
You can browse without starting AI chat, clear the local chat, and choose what to include in an inquiry. For privacy questions or requests, email Sean. Please describe the request without including sensitive records or passwords.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when website practices change and show the revised date. Website product demonstrations use fictional records unless clearly stated otherwise.
